Custom Ordering

If you are interested in a custom made leather item please read the following..

General: All of our leather products are made by hand and no two will ever be exactly the same. There can be up to a two month completion time for custom orders depending how busy we are at the current moment. We strive to fill orders as quickly as possible. To view items we currently offer for customization please visit the custom leatherwork page. Also please advise that we will do our best to interpret your design aesthetic, however there may be some situations where we will not be able to fit certain designs on certain products. 

Deposits: A $100 non refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot for a custom order. The deposit will go towards the final balance of your item. Deposits can be purchased on the custom leatherwork page. At checkout when purchasing a deposit, in the "notes" section please leave a detailed description of your design idea. Also if you are making a deposit on a belt or dog collar please provide your measurement in the "notes".  Directions to find the correct measurement are stated on the individual item listings. 

Designing: After you have made a deposit we will contact you via the email address provided to discuss your design.  Please be patient it may take us a couple of days to respond. Once all details of your design have been finalized we will sketch out your design for approval before tooling. When we are ready to begin building your item, the remaining balance will be due. 

Final Payment: The remaining balance for your item is due when we are ready to begin building it. We will NOT begin making your item until the balance has been paid. We will send you and invoice via Paypal for the balance or if you prefer we can create a listing with your name under the custom leatherwork page, from there you will be able to add to cart and checkout. You will have 48 hours to pay the balance or your order will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded. 

Wait Times: Wait times will vary depending how busy we are at the current moment. The longest the wait time will ever be is two months. If you need to have an item made by a certain date, please message us before purchasing a deposit to make sure we can accommodate your time frame.

More details and specific information about each item can be found on the deposit listings. Please advise that prices will vary depending on the complexity of your design, time it takes to build and the amount of materials being used.
